[ic] Ultimate Affiliate for Interchange

Anyone have experience with integrating Ultimate Affiliate 
(groundbreak.com) with Interchange? Anything good to say about it if being 
used in production? It seems like it has not been updated in some time and 
the PHP version is vaporware but best option I could find so far. We are 
running redhat on a dedicated server.
