I've been sitting on Jon's patch for a while now, which is not good.
I'll try to upload a new mod_interchange version onto my RTFM website

Wait for the date and version indicators to change and then download
and install.  If there are no negative reports, I'll shove it into
the Interchange CVS repository ready for the next IC release.
