[ic] COD setup with mike demoshop

I hav tried to setup the price for a COD i have tried to use the 
guidelines from this mail:

But then i get: "/cgi-bin/ic/errorzone_dk/ord/finalize.html Runtime 
error: Undefined subroutine &Vend::Ship::query called at 
/usr/lib/interchange/Vend/Ship.pm line 564.".

It is when i insert "cod C.O.D. Fee 1 1 1 3.50" in the shipping.asc i 
get the error.
Then how do i set it up?
