[ic] COD ERROR

Hi,

I'm getting another weird error.

When I go to checkout, I get the following message:

Note: No match found for mode 'cod', quantity '', returning 0.

I have my shipping.asc file in products.

It contains the following line:
cod      cod    price   0       99999   f if (@@TOTAL@@ * 0.04 < 3.00) 
{ return   3.00;} else{ return @@TOTAL@@
* 0.04;}

I've spent the last two hours digging through every file in the  
system.  I can't seem to figure out what would be causing this.

Any ideas why this is happening??
