[ic] Using a usertag in a shipping formula

Hi Gang,

Trying to get a usertag to work in calculating a shipping formula.  I have code that works
within any html page with [shipping-formula] (the name of my usertag).  However, when I try
to put this as a formula in the shipping.asc, it does not work.  Example:

1DA     UPS Next Day Air        weight  0       150     f [shipping-formula]+10 
{'PriceDivide' => "1",}

Am I missing something?
