[ic] 5.2.0 multipage checkout process

    I've recently installed a 5.2.0 catalog. In using the ord/multi page
    checkout process, new users that choose "Create a new account" are never
    prompted to choose a shipping method or for their payment method (Credit
    Card No.). Any known bug in 5.2.0 or might there be a configuration
problem?
