[ic] order route & cc processing

Hi all,

I've got IC 5.2 running on a RedHatEL WS server and I'd like to know how 
to accomplish something that I understand Interchange is setup to do.

What I'd like to do is have IC do a pre-auth at order time with 
Authorize.net and then charge the CC when the status is changed from 
"pending" to "shipped" assuming the pre-auth was successful. How do I do 
that?
