[ic] Multiple Images per item

Good day all..

I have been following the example of how to do this at this address:

but it doesn't seem to work.. I have followed it to the T.. but no luck..
the only difference is that my images are .jpg and not .gif ..so I change
the expensions.. but no luck..

Has anyone who has gotten this to work.. ?
