[ic] Order Status, where is code?

I must be going insane, I'm sure I knew this last week :(

On the order status page when you click the "Update the order" button
the update_order_status tag is used, what tag is used when you click
the "Update status only, no ship function" button is clicked?

Is that my tail or another dogs? I'd better bite it and see...
