[ic] compile error in filter

Hello,

at each start of ic i get the following error-message:

- - - [20/April/2005:00:55:01 +2600] - - STOP server (4466) on signal TERM
- - - [20/April/2005:00:55:05 +2600] - - Low traffic settings.
- - - [20/April/2005:00:55:05 +2600] - - Action 'uc' did not compile correctly (Bareword "LC_CTYPE" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at (eval 121) line 4, <SYSTAG> line 18.

Since i don't use "uc" at the moment it's no real problem but a bit
annoying...

Any idea what's the cause for it and how to cure it?
