[ic] possible to use same alias more than once?

Hello,

is it possible to use the same alias more than once for different
shops?

I run a server with multiple domains an would like to use the alias
"/" for at least two independent shops to get rid of the cgi-bin-stuff.

There are virtual-hosts for each of the sites defined in the
apache-configuration.
Right now there's only one interchange-daemon (ver 5.2) running and i would
prefer to keep it this way if it's possible.
