[ic] Interchange vs mambo-phpshop

Not sure if anybody has done a comparison between IC and the 
mambo-phpshop toolkit, but I thought I'd ask. We've got a customer who 
is considering rebuilding their site in Mambo with this add-on and I'm 
not sure how to advise them. My gut tells me that it doesn't compare to 
Interchange, but I haven't had the time to dig into it. Has anybody 
here?
