[ic] How to create forum topics?

Hi all,

When I use the foundation forum to comment on a product everything works 
fine (pages/forum and include/forum).

In my store I also need a forum where people can create their own forum 
items. When I use the foundation forum I can only open a sku related product 
topic (artid=sku).  Does anyone know how a vistor can create his own topic 
or what I have to change in the code?
