[ic] mysql - no tables

I just upgraded from 4.8 to 5.2.0.

mysql ver is 3.23.58
perl ver is 5.6.1

when i create a new catalog my DB is created but when i look in the db
there are no tables.  So i removed interchange 5.2.0 and reinstalled
it i get the same results.
