[ic] option widget text, not showing up in receipt nor emails

I found several old threads on this issue, but no resolutions.  I, too, 
get the text widget stored in admin/orders, but they do not appear on 
the receipt page, nor the outbound emails.  I am using either 1 or 2 
select widgets, along with 1 text widget.

Receipt/emails all print the select widget options just fine, and even 
get the label for the text widget option.  Just no value.

Linux / Interchange 5.2.0
