[ic] Safe: Auto-create of user failed

Hi,
since a few days, I have in my shop the following problem.

Some orders will not generated correct.
I receive an order without user-information and without items.
In my error-log-file I found the following entry:


64.95.197.60 ea7ZVubu:64.95.197.60 - [22/December/2004:09:13:15 +0100] mcbuero /mcb/process.html Safe: Auto-create of user failed. at (tag 'perl') line 1.

But I have no idea, what I should do with this message.

How can I find the problem?
