Well, from what I have read, during my install, threads on perl, is experimental, and not too terribly stable. I'd rather spend the little extra time to take em out. But it has been a while since I have ran or installed IC, so I am rusty. My installation of a fresh FC3 is almost done. PaulMy answer was to create a startup scriptfor interchange which set the environment variable MINIVEND_FORCE_THREADS to true. That allowed the daemon to start in any case.If it is possible to run IC using threaded perl by setting that variable, why all the hassle compiling and installing an unthreaded version? Apparently it also runs on a threaded one also then...
