I guess I need to rephrase my response.  I thought it got downloaded but it 
didn't.  I am with 1st Host Web and they added the capability to the c-panel 
within the program.  When I click on the link it tells me my ID name and 
password then tells me to click to download or access the program.  It is 
when I click on it to go to the download it tells me Interchange is 
unavailable.  What I'm I doing wrong?  I did restart my computer.
