Hello, I am a new user or kinda of user to interchange.  My question is how 
do I download it.  I tried and get a message stating the program is not 
associated with any program and to choose one.  Which program do I choose? 
Also it appears that I need to download several files inorder to use 
interchange?  Is this correct.  I sure would appreciate it if someone would 
walk me through the process of downloading and begin using interchange.
