Static pages need to reside in the same folder, or subdirectory that the
flypage.html is in:

http://www.icdevgroup.org/i/dev/docfly.html?mv_arg=iccattut11%2e02

You can add interchange markup tags to any static page you create in these
directories.

Maybe you misunderstood the question of the original poster. It is possible
to create "add to cart" links on any HTML page.
