[ic] "nice" IC jobs

I'm noticing an interchange process pegging my CPU at 100%
intermittently.  This could definitely be one of my cron-ing IC jobs. 
Is there a better way to schedule a lower priority for IC jobs than
this:

nice /usr/local/interchange/bin/interchange --runjobs=catalog=job
