[ic] Flypage error message ord/basket

I have found you get different page behavior when ordering a SKU with
options vs. a SKU that has no options.

Starting with an empty cart, if you add an item with no options to the
cart, you are not redirected to the page "ord/basket" but rather the
message "This item is currently in your shopping cart" is added to the
flypage.  I have no programing skills, but it looks like this message
is supposed to be returned only if an item was already in the cart?

However, if the item has options, you are directed to page
"ord/basket" and do not receive the ".....currently in your shopping
cart" message.

I duplicated the behavior in the current build of the demo.  If you
order the Flat Top Toolbox os28069 (which has no options) you are NOT
directed to the basket.  If you order the spackling knife os28011
(which has options) you ARE directed to the basket upon adding it.

This doesn't appear to be a big issue, but I thought I would pass it along.
