[ic] IE6 restricting IC cookies with Medium Privacy when run inside frames

Go to ask.com.  Search for your favorite IC cart, or use futuregarden.  
Try and buy something to see the no cookies error.  Click on the ask.com 
top frame 'no frames' button, and see that it then works.   What exactly 
is happening here?
