[ic] component problem

Hi,

I am trying to add a bottom component to my template, I have added the line
<!-- COMPONENT #6 --> in the bottom of template input section, but I can't
get the component to show up in the template editor or page editor. Am I
missing something? I am actually just trying to restore a component that
mysteriously disappeared. I am using 4.8.6.
