No problem, just change the SQLDSN variable accordingly (for foundation
catalogs):

dbi:mysql:database=db0815;host=db.linuxia.de

Also, it's worth noting that the machine which hosts the mysql server needs port 3306 open. This is almost certainly the case already, unless firewall settings have been monkeyed.
