I was beginning to think that I was the only one who used NetBilling 
with IC.  I also have written a NetBilling Module, which btw, works with 
Online Checking as well as CC payments.  It might be interesting to 
compare notes on how we did ours.  It's been working in our online store 
for a few months now, though it does need a bit of tweaking (which is 
why I haven't officially submitted it yet).  I don't have a link for it, 
but if anyone's interested just drop me an email and I'll send it to you.
