[ic] High sendmail delay

IC 4.9.7
Strange and high sendmail delay even with localhost mail:
Sending email with IC tags (email and email_raw) i obtain variable delay
from some minutes to hours.
If i tty login as interch ( interchange daemon user) and run sendmail in a
command line using the same IC path (configuration const SendMailProgram), i
obtain max 30 seconds delay.
from sendmail log:
