[ic] pgp not working - is there a guide somewhere as to how to set it up for interchange

I'm getting the following error from my cart when checking out. "Credit Card
Information (Credit card encryption failed: No such file or directory)"

I have set up the public and private keyrings with the appropriate keys and
have set up the ORDERS_TO and PGP_KEY variables. I've also tried setting a
number of variables to "/usr/sbin/pgp -feat suppressed". I can only
imagine that pgp needs some directories created or Interchange expects some
directories and files to exist that don't. Anyone know where I can find
instructions on pgp setup for interchange?
