Hi, A recent problem has developed in regards to our installation of Interchange and I wonder if anyone might be able to help. i know there are a number of related posts, but none of the proposed solutions seem to be applicable, and our problem is slightly different. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. We are running Interchange (V 4.8.7) on RedHat Linux with GnuPG (1.0.4) and MySQL (3.23.54), and have been successfully processing and receiving orders for some months. Approximately a week ago, an order was received without the credit card information. The catalog error.log file shows: PGP failed with status 0: Since then, a larger percentage (approx 50%) of the orders are behaving this way, while the remainder come through fine with the encrypted credit card information attached. This is the only production catalog currently operating, but I have been able to duplicate the problem on a development catalog, so it is not catalog specific. There have been no system upgrades for at least 4 weeks prior to the problem starting, although minor changes would have been made to the products DB, and associated tables (userdb etc). If anyone can suggest anything, we would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
