When I try the following:

[perl]
    my $shipping = l0;
    $Tag->assign(  { shipping => $shipping, }  );
[/perl]

I get the following error:

violinshop /cgi-bin/violinshop/ord/checkout.html Attempted assign of
non-numeric 'l0' to shipping. Deleted.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

TIA.

l0 vs. 10

...see the difference? You used a lower-case 'l' in place of the number '1' in your code.
