[ic] IC Segmentation Fault

Posting this again, since i am still unable to get this working.
I've tried to go back to an older backup, and I am still getting the same 
thing.
Everything worked GREAT before the hard drive failure. But refuses to work now.
We installed all the perl mod bundles, I even upgraded Interchange to 4.8.7.
But I still get the same Segmentation fault when it loads up!

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I am stuck.

Been running IC for more than 10 months now with out any problems,
Just the other day my ISP had a hard drive failure and has restored
everything from backups. For some reason, Interchange is now giving me
a Segmentation Fault when i try to run it. If i rem out the catalog
from Intercahnge.cfg it will load fine. I am getting no errors in the
errors.log or any debug info in icdebug.

Any ideas what it could be? or what to look for?
