Okay, so I've done this and the Ground2.dbm matches Ground.dbm other 
than the file and database names.  Still no luck with the shipping 
though.  Has anybody here managed to set up UPS style lookups using a 
custom table (in a CSV)?

A diff shows that the CSV files are the same, but the GDBM files (which 
are binary) differ.  I'm not sure what I should do about the binary 
files (both are created by interchange).
