[ic] Manage Interchange Service via Browser?

Is there a way to manage the interchange service via a web browser? 
Due to firewalls, proxies, and various other reasons I am unable 
to open an SSH session to my ISP from my computer at work. It would 
be handy if I there were some sort of a CGI script or other method 
to restart the service in the case that my store goes down or has 
problems.

If there is an obvious answer to this question I apologize in advance 
for my ignorance!
