[ic] Custom reports not working

Hi All

RedHat 7.3
IC 8.5.7

I have been using IC for nearly a year and are very happy with product.
I have never been able to get the custom report feature working.

Always get messages like:
 Sorry, the page (admin/report_def/Best%20Sellers) was not found 

Any assistance would be welcome.
