[ic] Shipping Calc

Have run into the problem several time now on one box where the SHipping
for all interchange sites seems to be failing. No error messages, only
messages that a barely touched here on the  list or the icdevgroup.org
site.

My question is:
1. What modules (perl, etc) are required to provide functionality for the
ups calculation?
2. Has the Functionality of Business::UPS module been upgraded in the
newer IC versions? I am on 4.8.6.

If you wish to know about the errors I am having throw the question to me
on either another thread or privately.
