[ic] Can Interchange allow us to make Quotes that can be converted to Orders?

Is it possible to create Quotes for customers within Interchange that can
be later converted to an Order? We would need this functionality for just
the backend interface (for our sales folks) of Interchange and not the web
interface portion.

We old users of minivend and are considering upgrading to Interchange, and
we trying to figure out what workarounds in our current system we'd have
to carry over in an upgrade to interchange.
