[ic] items lost in product import

Hi,

ic 4.9.5

I tried importing a CSV (Tab-delimited, no field marker) file containing 
four new products. All four products were added in, no problem.

I then tried importing the same file, this time with the "Replace 
existing items" option. I expected this would update existing items, and 
it did that, but any products that were not in the file got deleted, 
even though I didn't enable the "Allow delete" option.

Is this a bug?
