[ic] Interchange 4.9.x Cron Facility

I have a large bit of procession I need to run thru interchange. I've tried
doing it from the web and specify various timeout values, but no matter what
I do the http page always dies.

Does anybody have an example or some simple instructions on how to use the
new cron feature of interchange?
