[ic] Administration Auto-Login?

I am trying to write an outside script that retrieves a order_view page  
from the administration, i.e.  
http://www.myDomain.com/cgi-bin/fea/admin/ 
order_view?mv_session_id=xPaBnQmd&mv_pc=1194&order=FEA5019 .  Is there  
anyway to pass in the (or disable) the username and password required  
to log into the administration.  I want this retrieval to be automated.
