I haven't seen any recent news of anything regarding UPS Ground Commercial
(specifically), but I just noticed this morning that UPS Ground Commercial
shipping calculates to $0 in interchange.  I was wondering if anyone has any
news regarding this.  Is this a permanent change to UPS's shipping
calculator to not include support for UPS Ground Commercial?  Yes I know
about the static UPS lookup tables as well, so I'm just interested in
knowing about the real-time shipping server, and what is going on with this
specific shipping method.  Thanks!
