[ic] tax: simple, multi or country

having tried to get the sales tax to display on the checkout form, I feel I
must be missing something. Have looked at salestax.asc and changed it
(originally set at fly-tax). Even default .25 produced nothing.

I have the following variables settings when the checkout form is viewed:
Area: SE
Rate: SE=25
Field: multi
Ship: __TAXSHIPPING __

Short of hard coding to get the 25% value I need. How do I set this? It
would be nice to have country selection but just to one value of 25% would
be sufficient for now.
