[ic] shipping based on size and weight

I have de following problem,

The dutch postal services TPG uses two criteria's for sending the mail
namely: weight and size.

If a packet weighs 100 gram's and it is not heigher then 3,2 cm the price to
send the packet is eur 1,17 but if the height is bigger then 3,2 cm it will
cost eur 5,50.

Does anyone knows a solution for this problem? I can't figure this out in
the database documentation.
