[ic] PGP Error

Hi,

I'm stuble with setting up the PGP encryption for
Interchange.

1.  I imported the key.
2.  I modified catalog.cfg file 
    EncryptKey 5C2A3E36
3.  Restarted the server.
4.  echo test | /usr/bin/gpg --always-trust -e -a -r
'suppressed'
gpg: Warning: using insecure memory!
gpg: suppressed: skipped: public key not found
gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: public key not found

Can someone help me out.
