[ic] path of extra perl modules

I am trying to add a xml-rpc interface for the payment module of IC.  My 
problem is IC doesn't understand where the path to the xml-rpc module are 
located.  Is there a way I can append the perl lib path to the IC path so 
IC will find these modules?
