[ic] install - newbie

Interchange - 4.8.6

I have gone through installing a catalogue and when I go to the store,
www.hgilive.com/foundation/  and then click on either the customer or
the admin link I get a 404 error that it can not find the page.  It is
putting an extra "//" in the link line for some reason.  And then if I
manually change that I am still getting an 404 error.

So I have missed something here, when it installs.  Any thoughts on
where I went wrong on this???
