[ic] Gift Card and thanks

HI all - thanks for the help with the shipping.  Heck, once we saw how to do
it, we felt dumber than dirt!  Thanks indeed. Next stupid question - how do
we set up a gift card so that the purchaser can enter the text they wish to
be put onto the card? For a specific item? I did search the other posts,
cant find it...but then if my eyes are as lacking as my brain was on the
shipping....aruuggghh - no telling!  thanks for your kind patience...and TIA
for help
