Supposedly the [env] tag is available from interchange version 4.8.3 upwards. The 4.8.5 that I'm using didn't come with it defined though. If [env] does not work, search the mailinglist for UserTag [env], you will find a script. Search for the interchange tags directory (it has a bunch of *.tag files) and install the script there under name env.tag there.
