[ic] Upgrade error with mauthonly

Hello there.  We did an upgrade from 4.6 to 4.8 and just about everything
works - except for the most important part: credit card authorization.

We have the following in our catalog.cfg:

Variable         CYBER_MODE          mauthonly
Variable         MV_PAYMENT_MODE     mauthonly

However, in my log file I'm getting this error:

208.219.23.17 e58JPKcj:208.219.23.17 - [31/May/2002:07:43:30 -0600] cart
              /cgi-bin/cart/process.html Unknown charge type: mauthonly

All the user sees is:

  There were errors in your last submission.
  They are shown in RED below. 

With no fields in red - quite confusing.

This worked fine in 4.6; what is different with mauthonly now?
