[cgiapp] cgiapp with Net::Server

Hi,

i try to use a standalone cgiapp using Net::Server.

Most time it works great, but sometimes it detects a wrong runmode.

I attached a little test application showing the problem. It simply
switches between two runmodes. If you click a while then about every 10
clicks the same runmode is used.

You can start ./httpd and connect with browser
http://localhost:8080/test/

Any Ideas?
