[cgiapp] List back up

Hi All --

 

We suffered a bit of a list malfunction for the past few days.
Everything is back up now.

 

FYI, the cause of the problem was that RedHat's up2date "fixed" the
ownership on the mailman home directory.  The result was that Qmail (the
MTA here) viewed this as a "security problem".  I'm not yet clear on
whether email sent was lost.  (If not, it'll probably start to flow in.)
